Zzzzzz....

Oh, I'm sorry, I might have dozed off just then. I am exhausted and just remembered that I haven't posted an entry today. I walked to the computer, closed my eyes to think of what to say, and quite possibly took a short nap. And the worst part is that I also just realized that the baby monitor wasn't turned on when I took Lincoln to bed. I realized that because when I took Nico upstairs for bed, I heard the familiar angry babbling Linc does when he's been ignored for a while. Hmmm... I wonder if he was crying and I couldn't hear him from the kitchen. What did people do before things like baby monitors? Probably had a lot more peace and rest, that's for sure. Anyway, we had a long but good day of prepping for visitors (Grandmother and Grandpa arrive tomorrow), two therapy sessions for the boys, work for me, and general cleaning and prepping for this weekend's party. For now, though, I am going to tackle a pile of laundry and then call it a night. That is, if Lincoln ever decides to doze off...
